Welcome to the course on Business Continuity!

Small businesses, often referred to as Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), contribute to the well-being and the livelihoods of their community by providing employment, goods and services. Their presence and ability to stay afloat are crucial in times of crisis and important in aiding communities to survive and recover from economic shocks and disasters.

This course presents the basic concepts of business continuity and provides tools for businesses interested in developing a practical way forward to remain operational in times of crisis or reopen as quickly as possible.

It also showcases the role of the private sector networks in promoting business continuity for MSMEs with many examples from CBi Member Networks and partners from around the world.

This way, small businesses taking the course can also learn how they might benefit from the support provided by local business networks.

This course is for you if you want to…

  • Learn how to implement business continuity in your context through practical examples from across the world
